Ruby Royal with the non-alcoholic aperitif Laori Ruby No 4

The Aperol Spritz is one of the most famous and popular drinks. Aperol Spritz represents summer in a glass. The bright color of the drink makes it unmistakable. Fruity sweetness meets sparkling wine accompanied by a tart note. But what else can you conjure up with this classic aperitif?

Ruby Royal - your elevated spritz

When it starts to get colder, we want more warmth and less spritz. That's why we pimp our non-alcoholic spritz for the cold season, so that you can drink it all year round. We use mild orange juice, the non-alcoholic bitter aperitif Laori Ruby No 4 and sparkling wine. The combination of orange and bitter aperitif gives you a delicious  bitter note and mild freshness. It becomes royal with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

recipe for non-alcoholic  Ruby Royal with Laori

Ingredients

• 6  cl non-alcoholic aperitif e.g.  Laori  Ruby No  4
• 4 cl mild orange juice
• 10 cl non-alcoholic sparkling wine e.g.  Laori Sparkling
• ice cubes

Glass & Decoration

• long drink glass  and  for the garnish: orange slices, cranberry and rosemary

preparation

• ice cubes in the long drink glass  give
• Laori  Ruby No  4  and orange juice  add and stir with a bar spoon
• Top up with non-alcoholic sparkling wine
• Stir once and garnish with a slice of orange, cranberry and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
