Breakfast Martini – Better brunch with non-alcoholic drinks
The Breakfast Martini is a classic for all early risers and late bedtime makers. The internationally renowned bartender Salvatore Calabrese invented the twist on the Martini drink in 1997 and used one of the most well-known sweet ingredients of breakfast: jam. The sweetness of the jam balances the delicate acidity of the lemon juice and the taste of the cocktail is rounded off by the crisp spiciness of the gin.
With Laori Juniper No 1 or Laori Spice No 2 you can now enjoy the Breakfast Martini without alcohol! The roasted cardamom capsules intensify and underline the aromas of the Laori No 1 The peach-passion fruit jam creates the perfect sweet-acidic balance and the fresh lemon juice gives the drink an extra kick of freshness! Laori No 1 The Breakfast Martini becomes a non-alcoholic cocktail that you can drink for breakfast without worrying about a hangover.
