Non-alcoholic espresso martini - prepare with Laori Juniper No 1
The Espresso Martini is one of the great bar wake-up drinks and is the most famous coffee cocktail in the world. It was invented in 1983 by the famous bartender Dick Bradsell in London. According to Bradsell, one day a young model from America came to his bar and asked for a drink that would first wake her up and then knock her out. "Wake me up, and then fuck me up" are said to have been the legendary words of the later world-famous model. Dick Bradsell never revealed which model it was exactly.
With our Laori Juniper No 1 you can easily enjoy your Espresso Martini without alcohol - so "wake you up, but doesn't fuck you up"! It is characterized by its fine, balanced taste. The delicate bitterness of the espresso harmonizes perfectly with the sweetness. The taste is rounded off with the spicy aromas of juniper and cardamom.
